Must Have
Bachelor's and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience, U. S. Person (U. S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required, Availability to travel at a minimum of 25%

Significant knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within the procurement work area, Significant experience with proactive supplier management, leadership engagements and establishing/executing supplier recovery efforts, Experience managing CPFF/IF/AF and FFP purchase orders (FAR/DFAR) with build to print/spec and SSOWs, Broad knowledge and skills in procurement and contracting (FAR/DFAR) with an understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization, Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Program Management, Engineering, Material Program Managers etc), Demonstrated experience in procurement activities and the management of internal customer and supplier relationships, Demonstrated experience in the management of a geographically dispersed team and the ability to influence parties at an operational level to achieve objectives within a compliance framework, Experience managing financial and operational Risks and Opportunities, Supplier and Customer negotiation experience, In-depth understanding of defense technologies and Import / Export, Experience in recruiting, training, mentoring, coaching a team and building an organized team structure to promote expedited growth, Executive level presentations and communications skills
