What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in process engineering within advanced technology manufacturing environments, Demonstrated expertise in developing, characterizing, and optimizing complex manufacturing processes, Proven ability to manage and lead high-performing technical teams of process engineers, Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, BS/MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent)
Nice to Have
experience applying data-driven methodologies, including DOE, DFSS, SPC, FMEA, and statistical analysis to improve process stability and performance, Demonstrated success driving root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions to resolve yield excursions and reliability risks, Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans that improve manufacturability, cycle time, and cost efficiency
