You will serve as the site's senior point of escalation for all employees working in the Inbound division, owning the end-to-end value stream within this group. You will be responsible for the operations metrics and setting the strategy for your area of the business to deliver on our operational goals. You will oversee a cross-functional team of both operations managers and hourly employees ensuring coaching, development and mentoring takes place regularly. The Sr. Manager, Operations will also collaborate with the Senior Change Management team to lead your reports through successful project implementations within specific timeframes and exemplify Saks Leadership fundamentals along the way.
