Must Have

Drives creation of quality, process improvement, and Lean initiatives by designing and implementing quality improvement programs; analyzing defects and root causes to implement corrective actions; leading efficiency-focused process improvements; monitoring key operational indicators to assess safety, quality, and process results; collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes affecting multiple departments; and standardizing best practices across shifts and departments to support continuous improvement and Fulfillment Center business objectives. 2. Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of Inbound or Outbound operations by ensuring that receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and related processes meet operational standards; analyzing deviations from safety, quality, and performance expectations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions; developing labor planning and workflow strategies to align resources with changing volume; leading and mentoring Operations and Area Managers to strengthen leadership capability and ensure adherence to standard procedures; and conducting business reviews to identify challenges and implement data-driven improvements. 3.
