Must Have

Experience leading small projects or defined deliverables, Experience participating in customer implementation projects and implementing clinical/technical solutions (e.g., PANDAC), Ability and willingness to engage effectively with clinical teams, follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure customer commitments are met, Clear, accurate verbal and written communication skills, Ability to deliver effective product and process presentations, planning, organizational, and time-management skills, Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, Demonstrated sound business judgment, Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer and colleague needs

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

What You'll Do.

Operate fully independently

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Lead small to mid-size projects

Define deliverables and PANDAC implementation activities

Prepare for and facilitate on-site customer engagements

Assess existing customer workflows

Identify process gaps

or required modifications

Deliver process optimization recommendations

Lead and facilitate customer-facing meetings

Ensure all project documentation meets established standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Present product functionality

and PANDAC capabilities

Monitor customer satisfaction

Address issues directly

Escalate concerns to project managers or leadership

Perform additional duties as assigned
