What You'll Achieve.
Ensure customers are prepared to successfully adopt and use the contracted OM portfolio tools and PANDAC capabilities; Successful onboarding for new and expanded customer accounts; Successful platform adoption and PANDAC integration
Industry & Context.
Identifying, resolving, and escalating issues; Assess existing customer workflows and identify process gaps, risks, or required modifications; Deliver process optimization recommendations
Travel to assigned customer sites is required and may be up to 65%
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience leading small projects or defined deliverables, Experience participating in customer implementation projects and implementing clinical/technical solutions (e.g., PANDAC), Ability and willingness to engage effectively with clinical teams, follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure customer commitments are met, Clear, accurate verbal and written communication skills, Ability to deliver effective product and process presentations, planning, organizational, and time-management skills, Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, Demonstrated sound business judgment, Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer and colleague needs
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
What You'll Do.
Operate fully independently
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Lead small to mid-size projects
Define deliverables and PANDAC implementation activities
Prepare for and facilitate on-site customer engagements
Assess existing customer workflows
Identify process gaps
or required modifications
Deliver process optimization recommendations
Lead and facilitate customer-facing meetings
Ensure all project documentation meets established standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Present product functionality
and PANDAC capabilities
Monitor customer satisfaction
Address issues directly
Escalate concerns to project managers or leadership
Perform additional duties as assigned
