What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8-10 years operational leadership in pharmaceutical industry, Relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, Cross-functional team leadership, Partnering with Quality, Compliance, R&D, Working knowledge of lean leadership tools, Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Working knowledge of 5S, Working knowledge of USP 797, Working knowledge of USP 800, Working knowledge of cGMP, Physical exertion required, Walking, Standing, Stooping, Bending, Lifting up to 50lbs, Willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Medical approval to wear respiratory protection, Understand potential risks of handling hazardous drugs, Confirm understanding of potential risks

Bachelor's Degree preferred, Relevant experience preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Sr. Operations Manager, you will lead a team that is responsible for meeting and maintaining productivity and quality standards within the Hims&Hers compounding labs. You will lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility that requires an experienced operational leader to build and grow the team. You will be key in leading daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and increasing building capacity within the labs to meet growing demands. This role is based in Mesa, AZ, and will report to the Director of Non-Sterile Compounding at the AZ site. YOU WILL: ● Build and drive a culture of safety within the compounding labs ● Manage and lead daily operations in the compounding labs, ensuring technician teams are operating to the production schedule. ● Identify and communicate reasons for production concerns/misses/issues, developing corrective actions to prevent further production delays ● Develop policies and procedures to help build process standardization across network ●
