What You'll Do.
Owns the long-term strategy for Supply Chain and Operations activities on multiple small to medium sized IRAD and Capital programs
Manages execution of processes
and operational plans in support of Procurement strategy
Reviews and assesses request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages
Implement key performance indicators internally and with supply base to ensure timely delivery to customers
Work closely with Operations
Planning and Finance functions to optimize planning and supply chain cycle to meet development requirements
Support and engage with various Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to resolve supply chain issues and serve as supply chain SME for other functional areas
Lead CORE projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement
Support OSC lead for internal and external audits of material and cost
Sets objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of developmental program results
Manage a team of professionals
Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
