Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience, 7 Years of Relevant Experience, 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership, Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
Nice to Have
7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, Advanced Excel, proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Analysis for Office), working knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise ERP, advanced degree with CPA or CMA or similar designation, knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial analysis, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, Proven leadership, teamwork, and project management skills

Prepare financial statements and reports
Coordinate Strat plan
Develop product costing models
Monitor key performance indicators
Provide financial support to management
Ensure compliance with accounting policies
Identify process improvements
Participate in cross-functional teams
Analyze data for site performance
