Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index. * Lead Talabat Egypt’s overall supply ecosystem, ensuring a sustainable, high-quality, and high-performing rider base across the country. * Develop and execute the overall supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with business demand and market dynamics. * Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning to ensure full coverage and service level adherence. * Identify and launch new supply channels such as female riders, refugees, micro-financing, and e-bikes to diversify and sustain fleet growth. * Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships, from selection and onboarding to performance management and contract renewals. * Set clear KPIs and SLAs for 3PL partners, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and rider quality. * Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key 3PL partners to drive alignment and operational excellence. * Lead and manage the on-ground operations team to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance, and service quality. * Monitor and improve key operational KPIs including rider supply rate, EPH, order-on-time percentage, and churn rate. * Implement standardized processes and digital tools to enhance control, visibility, and scalability across operations. * Coach and develop a high-performing team of managers, seniors, and specialists across supply, 3PLs, and operations. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. * Work closely with cross-functional teams such as People, Finance, Commercial, and Product to align on strategies and deliverables. * Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance effi
