Alcon is seeking a mid-level transactional lawyer to join Alcon as a **Senior Manager, Legal Counsel – U.S. Manufacturing** to serve as the primary legal partner supporting Alcon’s Manufacturing & Technical Operations (MTO) sites across the United States. This highly autonomous, business‑savvy legal leader will provide day‑to‑day legal support for regional manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and operations teams. The role works closely with the Global MTO Legal Head to ensure aligned global strategy, consistent risk management, and operational excellence across jurisdictions. You will operate across Alcon’s sites in several U.S. states, managing complex commercial matters, advising on supplier disputes, handling regional regulatory issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support Alcon’s operational and strategic initiatives at our **Fort Worth, TX location**. In this role, a typical day will include: * Provide primary legal support for U.S. MTO operations, including its manufacturing sites, procurement teams and quality and technical functions.
