This role drives expansion of the North America defense portfolio to support overall Mobile Business Unit objectives, partnering closely with internal cross-functional teams to shape opportunities, position solutions, and deliver against commitments. The Senior Manager ensures complete customer satisfaction through disciplined program execution, responsive support, and strong stakeholder relationships—enabling repeat awards and long-term partnership growth. **Key Responsibilities (What you will be doing):** * Set and execute the North America Land Defense growth strategy, identifying and capturing new business with vehicle OEMs, U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps forces, system integrators, and fleet operators. * Build and sustain executive-level customer and stakeholder relationships to shape requirements, influence acquisition strategies, and position the business for repeat awards. * Own customer outcomes across the opportunity-to-delivery lifecycle, proactively managing expectations, escalations, and performance to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership. * Lead capture planning and offer development, aligning solution, pricing, terms, and documentation with engineering, finance, legal, and program
