Must Have

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales, in lieu of a degree, at least 11 years’ experience in sales, Minimum of 2 years in leadership and management roles within Sales function, US Citizen

Nice to Have

Master's degree or MBA, Experience supporting sales and bid processes, Knowledge of MTU products, policies and procedures, Proficient with sales processes using SAP, other ERP systems, and CRM tools, Technical expertise in mission-critical systems with the ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications for power systems

Set and execute North America Land Defense growth strategy

Build and sustain executive-level customer and stakeholder relationships

Own customer outcomes across the opportunity-to-delivery lifecycle

Lead capture planning and offer development

Negotiate and close contracts

Translate voice-of-customer insights into portfolio actions

and develop a high-performing sales team

Provide senior leadership with accurate forecasts

Ensure disciplined governance and compliance
