What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience in a high-volume, high-complexity testing environment with a proven track record of leading teams, driving process improvements, and managing operational performance., knowledge of laboratory regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, federal and state)., Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook., communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams., Medical Technologist registry (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent), Florida Supervisor license required.

Nice to Have

Master’s degree in business administration or relevant sciences preferred.

Mentor emerging leaders

Drive cross-shift and cross-department communication to support operational excellence.

Ensure laboratory testing is performed accurately

and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.

Oversee quality control and quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of laboratory services.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
