What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience implementing SAP Procure to Pay solutions and Supplier collaboration tools in a medical device or high tech manufacturing industry, Minimum 12+ years of Implementing Supply Chain applications, Five or more years of experience as a people leader, In depth knowledge of business processes in the areas of Materials Requirement Planning, Sourcing and Supplier Collaboration, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (e. g. , Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management), Experience in medical device manufacturing or lifesciences industry
What You'll Do.
Lead a team responsible for driving the design
and integration of Procure to Pay applications
Develop Procure to Pay Solutions roadmap
Provide leadership in functional design
and support of the Procure to Pay applications
Operate as a trusted IT partner and IT applications leader for Direct Procurement business functions
Analyze requirements and assess impact of use cases
research and evaluate new applications and/or technologies and application integrations
Build business case and estimate
Engage with vendors to determine solutions
Ensure solution architecture is scalable and in sync with business needs
Perform deep analysis to translate complex business information to actionable system recommendations
Coach team members with design and thought leadership
Interact with analysts
SME and IT team members to support business operations and drive change management
Facilitate change management and transition to future state
Identify and participate in prioritization of business capabilities
Act as a catalyst for building mature and scalable processes
Teach reports to perform current job tasks and provides coaching and development

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with senior leadership and peers across Intuitive's Direct Procurement and IT organization; Operate as a trusted IT partner and IT applications leader for Direct Procurement business functions; Work with key business stakeholders to analyze requirements; Interact on a day-to-day basis with other analysts, business leadership, SME and IT team members; Facilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders; Gain commitment of team and other peer managers
