What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of IT experience, at least 2 years managing a team, Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and improving an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system (i. e. NetSuite), project management skills, with a track record of leading software implementations from evaluation through rollout and adoption, Demonstrated rigor around prioritization, Experience in a CPG, DTC, or retail environment, Experience with data warehouse architecture, familiarity with structuring a variety of data sources into actionable end user formats to drive business decision making, Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships, Excellent communicator who can partner across functions and translate between technical and business audiences, Hands-on experience with AI tools and a clear point of view on how to drive adoption across a business, authorization to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer/Systems Engineering, or a related field
What You'll Do.
Own Magic Spoon's ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) day-to-day
Manage integrations between BC and connected systems
Run software evaluations
Lead the rollout and adoption of AI tools across the company
Maintain Magic Spoon’s overall systems architecture and tech stack
Deeply understand our data architecture and requirements
prioritized IT roadmap
Run IT projects with rigor
Manage the IT budget end-to-end
and ongoing relationship
Lead and develop a team of two

Partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain; Partner with department leads (Finance, Operations, Commercial, People, Marketing); Partner across functions; translate between technical and business audiences; Foster a problem-solving, business priority-centric culture within the IT function
