The Senior Manager of Internal Communications will help shape how Hasbro employees understand the company’s strategy, leadership, and culture. This role owns high impact internal communications that cut through complexity and connect people to what matters most. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA. A Day in the Life of Senior Manager, Internal Communications: Demonstrated ability to translate corporate strategy, leadership decisions, and moments of change into clear, compelling communications that show up in the right channels, at the right time. Focus on supporting executive leadership, aligning messaging across multiple business units, and inspiring organizational change. Channel Strategy: Shape a connected communications ecosystem that aligns channel purpose, content, and message flow across web, email, intranet, and internal platforms to deliver intuitive, end-to-end employee experiences Orchestration & Alignment: Serve as the central steward of the internal communications calendar, partnering with IT, HR, Legal, IR, and other teams to align messaging, manage tradeoffs, and orchestrate cohesive communication moments across the enterprise. Change Management: Translate complex change initiatives into clear, timely communications by aligning messaging, channels, and leader enablement
