Full Job Description

## Accountabilities You will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns and ABX programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact. Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, content, webinars, events, email, social, and outbound channels. Translate product marketing messaging, launches, and thought leadership into high-impact, revenue-driven campaign programs. Own campaign planning, calendars, execution frameworks, and performance measurement across marketing and revenue teams. Design and lead ABX strategies focused on high-value accounts and buying groups in close partnership with Sales and SDR leadership. Build personalized account-based journeys leveraging targeted content, executive engagement, events, and coordinated sales plays. Align marketing and sales teams around account engagement strategies, pipeline progression, and revenue outcomes. Define and track campaign and account-level KPIs including pipeline influence, engagement, conversion, and revenue impact. Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness. Build scalable campaign and ABX frameworks, playbooks, and processes to support growth across segments and regions. Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution excellence. Requirements You are a data-driven, execution-oriented marketing leader with deep experience in integrated campaigns and account-based strategies in B2B SaaS environments. 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including integrated campaigns, demand generation, ABM/ABX, or growth marketing roles. Proven track record of building and scaling integrated campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue impact.
