Join our Torrance team and drive innovation, customer engagement, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment. **What you’ll do** * Manage a team of 3–5 direct reports across a cross-functional group * Manage internal sales targets and drive results to meet revenue goals * Manage customer service and costing processes * Identify and pursue growth opportunities and protect incumbent base * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth * Assist with developing presentations for major customers and prospects * Utilize data analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements * Define and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports to leadership * Travel up to 25% **What you need** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field _(required)_ * Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations leadership _(required)_ * Strong analytical and data-driven mindset _(required)_ * Excellent leadership and communication skills _(required)_ * Experience with CRM/ERP tools and advanced Excel skills _(required)_ * Must be a U.S. Citizen _(required)_ * MBA _(advantage)
