They are dedicated to collaboration with multiple HR Business Partners and HR Specialists aligned to various businesses. Key job responsibilities The Sr. HR Manager will lead a team of US based HRPs who act as influential partners in helping managers solve complex people problems which include manager development, performance management, and implementation of organizational changes. The Sr. Manager is responsible for developing their team towards high performance including establishing and maintaining performance metrics and quality standards for delivery. Thanks to their key role close spanning multiple business, HR Partners are in a position to spot trends, identify emerging needs and address them in partnership with the appropriate business or HR stakeholders.
