This role requires deep expertise in hardware and software, with the ability to build and scale comprehensive test strategies for complex electromechanical systems operating in dynamic industrial environments. Key job responsibilities - Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary hardware engineering team developing verification and validation plans for HW. - Define and drive the overall hardware verification and validation strategy aligned with product development roadmaps - Partner with HW design/mechanical/electrical/manufacturing teams to deliver safe, reliable, and scalable robotic solutions - Plan ahead to avoid hardware defects and drive any problems to zero - Thrive in an entrepreneurial and ambiguous environment, making high-judgment decisions with incomplete information About the team You'll join a team building next-generation robotic systems designed for real-world industrial environments.
