Must Have
10+ years managing procurement teams, Direct experience in supplier/supply chain management, Experience in strategic sourcing for high tech electronics/computing/communications, Experience in contracting, demand management, planning, procurement, and supply chain operations, Experience working with Engineering and Quality teams, Demonstrated experience in hiring and developing high-performing teams, Extensive experience in Contracting, Supplier Management, Cost Management, and Negotiation, Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions, Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, Willingness to operate as an Individual Contributor
Nice to Have
Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, Direct experience managing contracting and cost management in aerospace or defense industries
What You'll Do.
and develop a team of Sourcing
Own strategic supply chain architecture planning
Identify and evaluate new sources
Lead supplier management activities
Act as primary escalation point for commercial issues
Monitor material availability through Clear to Build (CTB)
Ensure uninterrupted production and field operations
Analyze spend requests
Create and implement a Unit Cost Management program
Drive year-over-year savings
Lead supplier selection
Provide guidance on contracting
Partner with Planning and Finance to ensure projected
Ensure approvals are worked in advance
Address supply chain risk mitigation strategies
and implement best practices
Report status to senior leadership
Lead the team to execute annual improvement plans
