What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, 5+ years focused on channel marketing, Proven success building and scaling global and/or regional partner marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact, experience partnering with channel sales leadership and operating as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, Experience working with channels, alliances, or strategic partners to develop joint go-to-market and customer engagement programs to launch through our partners, analytical and strategic thinking skills, Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments, Proven track record executing creative, differentiated, and out-of-the-box partner marketing programs that stand out in competitive markets, Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills, High ownership mentality with attention to detail and operational discipline

About the Role We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented leader to define and scale our Global Marketing Programs function. This role will own the strategy and execution across partner marketing, rewards, and incentive programs, and demand generation initiatives that directly influence pipeline growth and revenue outcomes. You will serve as a critical counterpart to Sales leadership, driving integrated marketing programs that accelerate pipeline creation, deepen partner engagement, and strengthen market credibility across enterprise accounts globally.
