12+ years of experience in Finance Technology, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation, Meaningful people management experience, Deep expertise across end-to-end Finance processes, Prior experience in business architecture, Prior experience in solution strategy, Prior experience in vendor/platform evaluation, Prior experience in business case development, Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams, Experience operating in a globally distributed model, Experience partnering with US-based leadership, Experience managing across time zones, Experience driving alignment without direct authority, Good stakeholder management, Good executive communication, Hands-on understanding of ERP platforms, Hands-on understanding of Finance data and analytics, Hands-on understanding of process excellence and SOX controls, Hands-on understanding of automation and AI-enabled workflows
Nice to Have
Experience with Oracle ERP, Experience with Oracle EPM, Experience with HighRadius, Exposure to AI applied to Finance, Experience scaling an India-based Finance technology or GBS center
