We are hiring a Sr Manager based in Bangalore to lead a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners across three pillars - Finance Technology & Platforms, Data, and COE - under the Center of Ops Innovation (COI). The COI is LinkedIn's central engine for Finance modernization which brings Technology Strategy & Architecture, Finance Systems & Technology (FSTECH), Data Strategy, Center of Excellence (COE), and the delivery teams supporting Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, and Strategic Finance into a single operating model. COI's mandate is to shape the Finance technology blueprint, drive automation and AI, and partner with Process Owners and business leadership to translate strategy into shipped outcomes. This is a people leadership role with a builder's mindset: you will own talent, delivery quality, and operational rigor for the India practitioner team that powers LinkedIn's most strategic Finance transformation programs.
