## Accountabilities You will lead financial planning, analysis, and business partnering efforts across global operations, ensuring strong visibility, accuracy, and discipline in financial performance. Own end-to-end FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modeling across multiple business units and operational programs Develop and maintain financial models that support decision-making, cost optimization, and capital allocation efficiency Deliver clear, actionable reporting and dashboards that translate complex financial data into insights for leadership Build and maintain financial data integrity and a single source of truth in partnership with accounting and data teams Lead variance analysis, identify cost drivers, and drive accountability across operational teams Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial discipline, performance tracking, and strategic planning Support systems improvement, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to scale finance operations efficiently Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A leadership experience, deep analytical capability, and a track record of building scalable financial systems in complex environments. 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields within capital-intensive or operationally complex industries Experience leading or managing small teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system experience Ability to translate operational complexity into structured financial insights and narratives Experience working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and executive leadership teams Familiarity with automation tools, finance systems, and AI-enabled workflows in FP&A is highly valued Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership SQL or Python experience is a plus, along with a strong process and systems mindset
