Must Have
Minimum of 7 years’ experience within Finance, Bachelor’s Degree within Finance or any other related field
What You'll Do.
Directly managing and supporting the Accounting team throughout the region
Managing and performing all company related accounting activities
Managing financials and processing payments to suppliers
Ensure month-end closing to include reconciling accounts payable trial balance
Oversee consolidation of monthly / financial year closing and assist the Sr. Director Finance in the preparation of annual report using IFRS standards
Prepare and review all accounts payable financial reports and data in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain the billing system by preparing bills and invoices
specifying the terms and conditions for the payment
method of payment and due balance
Reconcile the account receivables to ensure that all payments are accounted properly on weekly
monthly and yearly basis
Generate financial statements and reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices
reports of active accounts
status of the accounts and collection on weekly
quarterly or annually basis using IFRS standards
Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances
Ensure transactions posted to GL comply with IFRS standards

Manages the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner; Monitor, guide and manage the team, provide them guidance to coach, motivate, and lead them to use optimum performance; Handles communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting etc; Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments; Produce metrics which provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance

Fluent in both languages Arabic and English; Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
