Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Adm, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, Fluent English, 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and FP&A, analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of manufacturing cost drivers, Proven experience leading teams and managing performance, Advanced proficiency in Excel, Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle JDE, HFM), communication skills, business partnering skills, Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
MBA or CPA preferred, Experience in a global manufacturing environment, Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement programs, Familiarity with standard costing, Familiarity with operational KPIs
