Must Have
Minimum of 7+ years of engineering experience, 5+ years in engineering leadership roles, Hands-on experience writing software, Experience influencing technical direction and driving delivery across multiple teams or complex systems, Passionate about creating and improving efficient software development practices, Communicator with a passion for coaching and developing others, Track record of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver great products, Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies (we use Kanban)
