Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, 5+ years in a leadership role, Technical knowledge of protection & control systems, medium voltage switchgear protection, low voltage systems for substation control buildings for AC & DC power, power systems analysis, Knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, NEC, and other industry applicable standards and codes, Proven track record of managing engineering teams and complex projects, knowledge of electrical design principles, tools, and regulatory standards, Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, Experience with budget management and strategic planning

Professional Engineer (PE) license
