Must Have
5+ years in eCommerce or digital retail, Proven success managing large, complex retail accounts, Analytical skills with experience using retail analytics platforms, Advanced Experience with Amazon.com with 1P/Vendor account management
Nice to Have
Walmart.com, Target.com, or other major online retailers, Excel experience with Power BI or similar tools
What You'll Do.
Lead digital shelf optimization initiatives
Partner with marketing to execute media strategies
and performance metrics
Ensure in-stock performance and forecast accuracy
Collaborate with Supply Chain
Align promotional calendars and campaign execution
Provide input into product launches
and retailer analytics tools
Build quarterly and annual forecasts
Track KPIs and present performance updates
Build senior-level relationships within key eCommerce accounts
Lead business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Serve as the primary point of contact

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations; Align promotional calendars and campaign execution across teams; Provide input into product launches and innovation pipeline planning for key accounts; Partner with marketing to execute media and retail media strategies
