As a Senior Manager, Global Design within the Workplace Design & Experience team, you'll oversee all phases of design and construction for workplace and retail projects, ensuring they align with CIBC’s standards, guidelines, and quality expectations. You’ll act as the owner’s representative, making timely decisions on behalf of CIBC, and provide direction to external design consultants to deliver innovative environments. Your role will support the integration of workplace disciplines, technologies, and sustainability initiatives to create spaces that reflect our brand and culture. You'll analyze feedback and data to inform enhancements, develop scalable designs, and communicate strategies to stakeholders, ensuring a consistent and innovative client and workplace experience across our network. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
