We are looking for Sr Manager CRM, for our game Star Trek Fleet Command to join our team in Barcelona. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily. What Will You Do: This person owns the end-to-end communication ecosystem—strategy, calendar, messaging, and creative direction—ensuring a cohesive and player-first narrative across all CRM touchpoints. They partner closely with Product, Live Ops, and Marketing to influence what is built and when, so that player journeys are fully supported and optimized for engagement, retention, and LTV. Your key responsibilities will include: Player Communication Strategy Own the CRM and lifecycle communication calendar, aligning all messaging with live ops events, feature releases, and key player moments Define and evolve lifecycle strategies across key segments (new, active, lapsing, VIP, and conversion-focused cohorts) Translate product and live ops plans into clear, actionable communication strategies Serve as the single source of truth for all outbound player messaging Creative & Messaging Leadership Lead development of messaging across push, email, in-game surfaces, and other CRM channels Write and/or guide high-quality, performance-driven copy tailored to player motivations Partner with design to develop compelling creative that reinforces campaign goals Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and player-first communication standards Build and maintain a library of high-performing templates, subject lines, and creative assets Live Ops & Product Influence Represent CRM in sprint planning and live ops reviews, advocating for lifecycle needs Influence feature design (e.g., messaging surfaces, onboarding f
