10+ years in cloud/infrastructure roles, 3+ years leading technical teams, Experience with cloud + on-prem environments, Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Hands-on expertise with Linux containers, Hands-on expertise with Windows containers, Advanced scripting in PowerShell, Advanced scripting in Python, Background in IaC (Terraform), Experience managing/optimizing Active Directory forests, Solid understanding of incident management, Solid understanding of observability, Solid understanding of CI/CD, Solid understanding of resilience engineering, Knowledge of security best practices, Security-first mindset
