THE OPPORTUNITY As a Senior Manager, Client Strategy, you'll own high-stakes commercial investments from white-glove pre-sales pitches through portfolio expansion. To do this, you will translate digital trends, contact center pressures, user insights, and AI-driven opportunities into strategies that both Fortune 500 and mid-market clients can act upon. You'll operate autonomously, bringing clarity and conviction to ambiguous problems most often centered on how enterprises modernize and transform their end-to-end customer experience and contact center operations.
