What We’re Looking For You will develop dashboards, models, and tools to understand product, operational and client performance to influence and inform business strategies with effective data visualization and storytelling. You’ll work closely and partner with with Product Managers, Operators and Engineers, proactively identifying opportunities to track critical data, uncover insights and execute the overall analytics roadmap. You’ll need to synthesize large datasets, determine where inefficiencies or losses occur, and recommend actionable improvements. This role requires a mix of analytics/BI proficiency, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership to enable data-driven decision-making. What You Will Do Drive Organizational Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Product leadership to define and execute the Business Intelligence & Analytics strategy aligned to company priorities. Shape organizational direction by framing critical business questions and aligning analytics investments to the highest-impact outcomes.
