What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 10 years experience. At least 5 years in a people management role, leading and developing teams. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior leadership. Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Familiarity with cloud services and the technology industry is highly desirable. Leadership and mentorship abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
Nice to Have
Experience with sales enablement tools. Deep understanding of sales processes and customer onboarding workflows.
