Must Have
10+ years management experience, Bachelor's degree in EE, ME, or related, 15+ years semiconductor operations/NPI/product engineering, Proven track record in high-volume silicon manufacturing, Deep understanding of silicon wafer fab, 3D packaging, or ASIC development, Experience leading large, diverse, cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Master or PhD in EE, CS, Math, or related, Experience in advanced packaging
