10+ years management experience, Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, material engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields, 12–15+ years semiconductor operations, NPI, or product engineering, Proven track record in high-volume silicon manufacturing, Deep understanding of silicon wafer fab, 3D packaging, or complex ASIC development, Experience leading large, diverse, cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
