We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world. _Primary Function/Purpose_ 为Dona搭建AD患者的早期检测路径，提升检测率；和KOL建立良好的合作关系，协助AD检测诊疗路径的实现；与试剂公司成为partner，共同推动AD检测率的提升；与公司内部CA，KA，Medical共同合作。 在劳动合同期内，公司可能会根据经营情况、管理需要等因素调整员工负责产品或所在产品组。 _Key Responsibilities_ 1\. 全面准确地搜集核心医院的AD诊疗早检现状，并形成深入的洞察。 2\. 整合全渠道资源，制定SMART的区域90天行动计划，定期回顾评估并作出策略性的调整与修正。 3\. 筛选KOL，保持合适的拜访频率，制定短期、长期的合作计划，从而建立良好的合作关系。 4\. 了解各部门的工作职能，建立双赢的合作模式，利用非职能影响力，有效的推进项目进度。 5\. 和“试剂”公司搭建合作模式 。 6\. 市场活动的策划与执行。 7\. 和KA/CA团队密切配合，与KDM建立合作基础，具备关键谈判和缔结能力。 8\. 深度了解市场，分析，结构性思考，策略性思维和计划能力。 9 了解品牌策略及竞品优势。 10\. 专业的CNS/AD疾病，产品知识。 注：上述Primary Function/Purpose和Key Responsibilities的要求以及具体适用的各类指标、目标的满足与否，将成为员工是否胜任工作的评估维度。 _Qualification/Requirements_ 1.神经科学背景&诊断领域优先* **2.做过阿尔兹海默产品优先** **3.MNC 2年以上管理经验(诊断/DM/KA/RMM)*** **4\. 本科及以上 ，医药相关专业*** 。 _内部候选人(请满足以下条件):_ * DM/KA/Brand manager/RMT * 总共至少4年工作经验；此外, 至少在Eli Lilly有 2年工作经验； * 连续的良好绩效； * 在过去一年，无 “书面警告” 或以上级别的合规警告 Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
