Amazon India Fulfillment Central Operations is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) team, driving process excellence across India's rapidly growing fulfillment network. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of operational processes across fulfillment centers (FCs) , upstream receive centers (IXDs) and Storage and Distribution Centers (SDCs) and Return Centers (DRCCs). As the Sr Manager, ACES, you will build and lead a team of specialists responsible for creating scalable standard work, reducing process variation, benchmarking performance across the network, and deploying innovative solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You will partner closely with site operations leaders, technology teams, and program management to translate network-level strategies into executable playbooks that work on the ground.
