This role provides strategic and operational leadership for high-volume, compliance-driven services, delivering a consistent, equitable, and compliant employee-centered experience that supports business outcomes in a collaborative, agile environment focused on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovative HR solutions. The Senior Manager serves as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and HR stakeholders, building strong relationships, developing a deep understanding of the business environment, and delivering insights that inform decision-making, mitigate risk, and enhance service delivery.
