What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience required, Must have completed Level 8 in the Tyson Foods Maintenance Training Program, Requires 2+ years of supervisory, lead, or management experience
Nice to Have
additional technical or vocational training preferred, Electrical background is prior experience within a maintenance training department is preferred, knowledge of Tyson SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) systems preferred, Certifications related to training, maintenance, or safety practices are a plus
What You'll Do.
execution of Maintenance Training Program
Preparing and organizing training materials
Delivering instruction in maintenance-related topics
Maintaining training aids
Conducting orientation for new maintenance team members
Administering and evaluating hands-on training requirements
Verifying lockout/tagout procedures
Managing specific training books
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborates with vendors on training content; Coordinates and leads safety training initiatives; Effectively interact with all levels of plant personnel
Communication Scope
verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively interact with all levels of plant personnel
