6 Years maintenance manufacturing experience, 6 Years in Position experience, 4 Years managing people/projects, Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, Experience with Microsoft Word, Experience with Microsoft Excel, Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Effective communication of issues and solutions, Ability to read schematics, Skilled in use of shop equipment, Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, Willingness to be a technical leader, Willingness to be a trainer
Nice to Have
10+ Years maintenance manufacturing experience, Associate's Degree in manufacturing specialization

Ensure equipment uptime

Perform troubleshooting of facilities equipment
