on-call availability, Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, hand, and finger manipulation, Occasional stooping and crouching, Perform work activities with production chemicals, adhesives and epoxies, using required personal protective equipment
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, acute attention to detail, organizational skills, understanding of the importance of documentation and data traceability, executing Standard Operating Procedures in a manufacturing or assembly environment, work well independently, work with cross functional teams, ability to work safely and conscientiously in a manufacturing environment, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Self-motivated, data-driven, eager to learn, excellent organizational skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, Analytical thinker, ability to assess and navigate risks, perform failure and root cause analysis, develop design of experiments, okay with on-call availability
Nice to Have
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing or related field, Certificate of training in mechanical or electronics, Experience in a professional-level manufacturing environment, Experience working in a startup environment, Experience with additive manufacturing
What You'll Do.
Execute preventative maintenance
Document maintenance activities
Perform daily maintenance rounds
Drive improvements to quality
Ensure all processes comply with safety and quality standards
Employ 5S and lean manufacturing techniques
Ensure GMPs and SOPs are updated
Ensure best solutions are employed
Perform process workflow simulations
Perform risk assessments
Perform process change validation
Continuously evaluate equipment and processes
Design manufacturing aids
Support production team by troubleshooting issues
