What You'll Achieve.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for the duration of an assigned shift, Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, Ability to work in varied conditions including heat, noise, and exposure to chemicals or airborne particulates, Ability to work with appropriate training, certification, and PPE
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ or more years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or precision production environment, Demonstrated advancement in responsibility over career, including ownership of maintenance programs or systems, Expertise in industrial furnace systems including atmosphere control, electrical systems, thermocouple installation and calibration, and high-temperature mechanical maintenance, Advanced knowledge of compressed air systems including system design, leak detection, efficiency analysis, and complete overhauls, Familiarity with instrument calibration, NIST traceability documentation, calibration scheduling, and recordkeeping, Ability to read and modify schematics, work at the panel level, troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs, and diagnose 3-phase systems, CMMS proficiency including PM task creation, work order management, failure code analysis, and maintenance reporting, Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals, Familiarity with SOP development and standard work documentation
Nice to Have
Completion of a state-accredited journeyman or technical school program, or equivalent formal training with demonstrated field proficiency, Licensed Electrician or equivalent formal electrical certification, PLC programming or advanced controls troubleshooting experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent), Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as GMP, ISO, aerospace, or medical device manufacturing, Knowledge of RCRA hazardous waste requirements and MassDEP state-specific regulations, Exposure to additive manufacturing or similar precision production technology, Experience managing or directing outside service vendors and contractors, Forklift, crane, or aerial lift operator certification
