What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of experience in maintenance planning or work management within pipelines, midstream, refining, or industrial operations, working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Solid understanding of pipeline and/or fixed‑plant mechanical asset classes, Demonstrated experience planning work in regulated and safety‑critical environments, ability to sequence work, estimate labor, and define execution requirements
Nice to Have
trade certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant technical field such as engineering, experience with Fieldglass

Develop detailed maintenance plans for P2 to P5 corrective
and contractor support
Coordinate required materials and services to ensure execution readiness
Ensure work orders and job packages are complete
and ready for scheduling
Manage work orders in SAP S/4HANA
maintaining high data quality
and workplace observations
practical execution plans
Maintain and improve job plans and task lists
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior planners
Review job plans and reinforce planning standards
