Lead a safe plant culture
Responsible for product quality control
Responsible for plant production goals
Manage specific cost controls for plant
Direct and coordinate plant operations
Work with department managers
Select and train plant supervisory staff
Foster a well-trained and motivated staff
Conduct employee performance reviews
Schedule and conduct plant meetings
Ensure maintenance of clean and safe plant
Communicate with all levels of personnel
Attend corporate trainings and meetings
Communicate daily operations to plant director
Present information and respond to questions

This includes safety, quality, production and cost in various departments within the plant.
