Ensure all systems are fully operational
Inspect systems in accordance with standards
Direct and support technical support staff
Maintain knowledge of safety and environmental laws
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Develop preventive maintenance programs
Implement preventive maintenance procedures
Develop repair programs
Implement repair procedures
Provide training and guidance to staff
Respond to service requests
Respond to cold calls
Respond to odor complaints
Inspect water systems
Inspect life safety systems
Respond to fire systems
Respond to emergency calls
Adhere to University policies

Repair or replace ballasts

Apply chemicals to air handler units
Prepare areas to prevent water leaking
Operate pressure cleaning machine
Lubricate non-sealed bearings
