Minimum of 15 years in manufacturing working hands on in an aerospace environment, Minimum of 7 years working with multi axis lathes and high speed 5 axis mills producing complex parts with tight tolerances, Minimum of 7 years working with hardened metals, Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures, Extensive experience with Mazak, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, and other CNC controls, Excellent blueprint reading skills including GD&T per ASME Y14. 5M-1994 standard, Ability to work effectively with a work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities, Basic computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc., Extremely customer focused with verbal and written communication skills, A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with teams of skills across large geographic distances, A continuous improvement mindset, Work off-shift, extended hours, overtime, and weekends if/when necessary, Intense curiosity for understanding the details of our business and how to optimize it, Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and a proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight

Experience with turbo machine components made from nickel-based stainless-steel alloys, copper, or titanium, Tooling and fixture design, Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts around flight critical hardware, Outside processing knowledge (heat treat, plating, coating, EDM, grinding, etc.)

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required! **Qualifications:** * Minimum of 15 years in manufacturing working hands on in an aerospace environment- * Minimum of 7 years working with multi axis lathes and high speed 5 axis mills producing complex parts with tight tolerances * Minimum of 7 years working with hardened metals. * Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures. * Extensive experience with Mazak, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, and other CNC controls. * CAM software experience, preferably Siemens NX * Excellent blueprint reading skills including GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard * Ability to work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities * Basic computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc. * Extremely customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills * A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with teams of skills across large geographic distances * A continuous improvement mindset.
