What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise Linux environments, focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Deep expertise in Linux system internals, performance tuning, networking, filesystem management, troubleshooting, automation and configuration management, scripting skills (Bash required), Experience supporting Linux in large-scale, production enterprise environments, Solid understanding of security hardening, patch management, compliance frameworks, Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM), exposure to containers and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments, Ability to lead complex technical efforts, work independently with minimal supervision, Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Ansible strongly preferred, Python for scripting, Red Hat Certifications (RHSA, RHCE), IBM AIX administration, Experience with Cloud Platforms
